This plan is designed for those people who want to lose 20+ lbs. This plan is designed for those people who want/need to lose weight for their own health and happiness. It is designed so that you can lose a lot of weight and get you back to being as healthy as possible as quickly as possible.

This plan involves 3 workouts per week, try to space the workouts a few days apart and feel free to do light exercise such as walking every day.
