The “Size and Strength” Plan-


This plan is for those of us who want to get big and strong. This plan is for those of us who want to have to go out and buy new T shirts because their arms are too big for the ones that we have. It is also for those of us who are passionate about bodybuilding and just want to have the best physique possible. This plan is going to really hit your body hard, it is going to work all your major muscle groups and force them into new growth.


Do not start this plan if you expect it to be easy because it won’t be. Out of all the plans this is easily the hardest, it takes the most sacrifice, dedication and hard work, but in return you get to reach your goals and earn the physique that you desire.

This plan involves 3 workouts per week and should be spaced at least 1 day apart from each other, preferably 2 days apart.
